Chen Liyan, now works as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Kunshan Municipal Committee; Mayor of Kunshan Municipal People’s Government; Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee, Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone. She started her career in August 2001 and holds a master’s degree in public administration. Since December 2020, she has been appointed to the current position and now presides over the overall work of the Government, and assists in supervising the work concerning finance and audit.
