No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

A “No Show” is someone who miss an appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This also includes patients who are not present within 15 minutes of their appointment time. 

Patients who are marked with a “No Show” appointment will be asked to reschedule. If there is an urgent need patient may ask to see a triage nurse for evaluation.

DKU Health Services administrators will make every effort to notify the community in advance of any changes in operational hours or services offered.
