Title: Bergman projection and BMO in hyperbolic metric – improvement of classical result
Speaker: Jose Angel Pelaez
Bio: Dr. Jose Pelaez is a professor from University of Malaga. He obtained his PhD in Mathematics from University of Malaga. After his graduation, Dr. Pelaez worked at several institutions including University of Malaga, University of Seville and University of Cordoba. He returned to University of Malaga as postdoctoral Research “Ramón y Cajal” and has been there since then. Dr. Pelaez’s research lies in the field of complex analysis. In particular, he is interested in problems from the interaction of holomorphic function space theory and operator theory. Many of his works have been published in prestigious journals including Advances in Mathematics, Mathematische Annalen and Liouville’s journal.
