Jiangsu Federation of Philosophy and Social Sciences is now calling for Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award Application (哲学社会科学优秀成果评奖)

Award Categories and Scope of Evaluation:

1. Award Categories: The total number of awarded achievements in this session of the Social Science Awards is 750. Among them, no more than 120 will receive the First Prize, no more than 300 will receive the Second Prize, and the rest will receive the Third Prize. The prizes for the first, second, and third categories are RMB 20,000, RMB 10,000, and RMB 5,000 respectively.
2. Scope of Evaluation:

   3. Linguistics
   4. History
   5. Sociology
   6. Economics

1. Applicants should select the appropriate evaluation group based on the content of their achievements and in accordance with the discipline classifications listed on the provincial social sciences award application platform. If the submitted achievement falls under an interdisciplinary category, applicants may indicate two primary intersecting disciplines, while choosing one main discipline for application. Translation works must be submitted under the Linguistics group.
2. The achievements submitted for this round of evaluation must have been published or completed between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2023.
3. Types of Achievements

1. 1. Books (including monographs, translated works, reference books, and the collation of ancient texts);
   2. Papers (including theoretical articles);
   3. Research Reports (including survey reports and advisory service reports);
   4. Educational Publications

Application Process:

1. Please send RSO the publications that you plan to apply for this award via email.
2. If you do not have a Chinese citizenship, please get the certification letter from HR online system (with HR stamp and signature) and then send it along with your publications to RSO.
