Wang Peng

Wang Peng is Co-founder and CEO of Synear Food. He holds a Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School.

Over the past 24 years, Wang Peng has led the team to make continuous innovation and promoted Synear Food brand influence with forward-looking thinking and international vision. Synear Food takes nearly 30% China domestic market share. He not only built the company into the leading enterprise of domestic fast-frozen food and the most valuable brand of fast-frozen food industry, but he was the earliest to go abroad to explore overseas markets. He made Synear become the first and top brand of fast-frozen food industry to build overseas business territory. In 2015, he led the company to create a precedent in the industry by setting up a world-class fast-frozen food production base in the United States in Los Angeles, radiating to North America. He realized  “where there are Chinese there is Synear. “

He is keen on public welfare. Over the past 20 years, he has made a total of more than 70 million RMB in social charity and public welfare. In 2018, he was awarded Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
