Zhou Xuzhou

Mr. Zhou Xuzhou graduated from Wuhan University with a Master of Arts degree. During his study, he has published more than 30 translated papers in provincial and national academic journals. In late 1992, Mr. Zhou founded U-Home Group and has led the group to develop into a large comprehensive enterprise group since then, investing in more than 30 cities at home and abroad, covering real estate development, medical health, new energy, investment and other sectors. The group is an important investor in Xiaomi Group, Gongniu Group, Shenzhen S.C, EVE, Blue Moon Group and Seraphim. The group was awarded the honors of “China’s Top 100 Enterprises with Comprehensive Strength in Real Estate Development”, “National Excellent Foreign Enterprise”, “National Excellent Private Enterprise in Anhui Province”, “Top 10 Real Estate Development Enterprises in Anhui Province” and so on.

Mr. Zhou Xuzhou has been awarded the honorary titles of “China Excellent Private Entrepreneur”, “National Outstanding Entrepreneur of Foreign Investment Enterprises”, “Outstanding Contribution Figure of Chinese Charity”, “Responsible Hunan Businessman”, “Outstanding Alumnus of Wuhan University” and so on. From 2018 to 2020, he was selected as one of the Forbes China Philanthropy 100 List for three consecutive years and one of the 100 Chinese Entrepreneurs in 2019.
